What’s up, y’all? Today’s blog post is not only about something that I’m passionate about, but it’s also something you’ve been doing your entire life. Whether you realize it or not, you’ve been VOTING since you were a wee one in your diaper and bib. Did you prefer the pureed peas or the pureed bananas? Did you want superman pull-ups or spiderman pull-ups? Did you pick your nose or your wedgies? Kidding…kidding. But in all seriousness, everyone should exercise their right to go vote today. The best part about our country is that we have a right to express our opinions…so why not vote? Besides, if you don’t vote, you have no reason to complain if you don’t like decisions that have been made. That’s just how it works, kids. ;)

Also, speaking of voting, I need your opinions. I think you’ll be happy to know, things with me and my new love intetrest are moving along just swimmingly. (He’s pretty easy on the eyes, too!) We’ve been on a handful of dates in the last few weeks, but we’re looking for something fresh, new and out of the ordinary for our next date. Which of these fun date ideas seems like the best option for our next, exciting adventure together?

  • Cheering on our favorite teams at a hockey or football game (with beer and hot dogs, naturally).
  • Teleporting back to Medieval Times with dinner and an interactive show.
  • Running around a glow-in-the-dark room playing an intense game of laser tag.
  • Picking a random spot on a map and exploring the chosen area for the day.
